world class wines from oregon wine country

award-winning willamette valley wine

The Willamette Valley, the heart of Oregon Wine Country, is home to over 500 wineries and is recognized as one of the leading producers of Pinot Noir in the world. The Willamette Valley wine region enjoys a unique maritime climate characterized by cool, misty winters and mild summers ensuring excellent growing conditions for cool-weather grapes that have designated this area as a world-renowned wine region.

Best known for producing world class Pinot Noirs, neighboring wineries also produce Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Merlot and Syrah. Sparkling wines produced in Champagne style are also celebrated as some of the best in America.

All the award winning wines can be found in our local AVAs: Chehalem Mountains, Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, McMinnville, Ribbon Ridge, Van Duzer Corridor, Yamhill-Carlton District.

Famous for its well-drained, fertile soil called “Jory,” the Willamette Valley wine region even inspires our cuisine; our signature restaurant, JORY, is named in its honor.
