Monday-Sunday, 9 A.M.-5 P.M.
Pool & Terrace:
daily 6 A.M.-10 P.M.
Complimentary for hotel guests. Pool passes are available for local guests Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Guests must be 18 years of age.
february 2026 notice:
The Allison Spa facilities and fitness studio will be temporarily closed for HVAC maintenance February 9-28, 2026. During this time, we’re pleased to offer a thoughtfully curated menu of in-room treatments available daily from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. hosted within one of our transformed guest rooms. This temporary treatment experience includes our signature plush robes and slippers, a cozy fireside setting, and access to a temporary relaxation lounge featuring warm neck wraps and beverage service. A selection of spa retail favorites will also be available for purchase.
As we improve our behind-the-scenes systems, our focus remains firmly on your comfort and well-being. You can continue to expect the same warm, personalized service – complete with thoughtful touches and small luxuries along the way. And, for our local spa guests who may not have experienced our hotel accommodations, this offers a delightful sneak peek!
Current Operational Information:
Walk-in appointments are accepted however, we highly encourage pre-booking reservations 6-8 weeks in advance for most service. Massage services specifically are typically booking approximately 12 weeks in advance.
48 hours or less notice – 50% charge.
24 hours or less – 100% charge.
HydraFacial Services: 7 day cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel a spa appointment after hours and you’ve sent a cancellation request via email or voicemail, please note that all cancellations are not final until you have received a confirmation. To ensure your cancellation request is received, please connect with a Spa Associate during business hours.
- Local spa guests must have a spa appointment to use spa amenities, and amenities may only be used on the same day as scheduled treatments. Spa amenities include: saunas, steam rooms, locker rooms and relaxation lounges.
- Pool & Whirlpool: all local guests must purchase a local pool pass to access the pool and whirlpool. Please see our pool & terrace page for information on purchasing a pool pass.
- Fitness Studio:Â use of the Fitness Studio is for the exclusive use of overnight guests.
