Treadmills, Elliptical, Stationary Bikes, Strength Equipment, Free Weights, Stretching Mats, Plyometric Equipment, Kinesis Omega

 

We are proud to be the first to introduce an innovative piece of technology to the Pacific Northwest. Our Kinesis Omega-Duo system a one-of-a-kind device which guides you through 150 full body exercises. By using a touch screen video component, exercise demonstration may be viewed to assist with customized workouts. Please ask any of our friendly staff members for a personal orientation.

 

Personal training, nutrition consultation, and fitness classes will be available. Our fitness studio is complimentary to all hotel and spa guests age 16 and older. Youth 15 and under are welcome with the company and consent of a parent or guardian.
