Our Willamette Valley Fitness Studio is the first to introduce an innovative piece of equipment to Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. Our Kinesis Omega-Duo system, a one-of-a-kind device, guides you through 150 full body exercises.  By using a touch screen video component, exercise demonstration is viewable to assist with customized workouts. Please ask any of our friendly staff members for a personal orientation.

Personal training, nutrition consultation, and fitness classes are available by advance appointment.  Our Fitness Studio is complimentary to all resort guests age 16 and older. Youth 15 and under are welcome with the company and consent of a parent or guardian.
