JORY, our 100-seat signature restaurant with separate entrance totals 6000 sq. ft and pays tribute to Oregon’s agricultural bounty, acclaimed wines, microbrews and hand-crafted distilled spirits. The décor and ambiance of “casual elegance” is expressed in the stunning interior design, color palette, custom furnishings, fabrics, china, glassware, flatware and linens.

Extensive Wine List Even though our wine list centers on the Willamette Valley, you will find all the great wine regions of the world represented, featuring many of the most famous producers, hard-to-get cult wines and also some little known gems. Highlighting over 50 wines by the glass and numerous selections in half bottles, allowing us to create unique food and wine pairings.
