Always Expect Something New
Whether this is your first time traveling to the Willamette Valley or you are a frequent visitor to our little town of Newberg, one thing we can always promise: Oregon Wine Country is always changing, and there will always be something new to discover, taste, and experience.
Take, for example, our newly installed art sculptures around the grounds. During your stay with us, I encourage you to explore the walking trails set amid our 35 acres and discover the talents of many local artisans. Should you find a piece of art that you can’t seem to part with, don’t be shy to ask about it at the front desk, as many of the pieces are available for purchase.
Or, see what the buzz over Oregon bubbles is about. It seems a wine renaissance is underway as more local winemakers foray into the art of transforming their still to sparkling, so be sure to taste the trend that Forbes recently touted as “about to join pinot noir as one of the Willamette valley’s distinctive and iconic wines.”
Lastly, experience the ever-expanding ways that we can arrange a deep dive into wine country, whether via luxury car, hot-air balloon, helicopter, or horse-back. Ideally situated, we are a day trip away from the Oregon coast, a 45-minute drive from downtown Portland, and a stone’s throw from more than 200 wineries. We’ll even prepare a picnic basket to take with you as your launch into all things wine country.
