Portland: Allison Inn and Spa’s “Cuvée Weekend”

The Allison Inn & Spa, located in Oregon’s stunning Willamette Valley, will host its third-annual Cuvée Weekend February 24-25, bringing in some of the country’s most talented young chefs to collaborate on a dinner at the property’s restaurant, JORY.

Chef Sunny Jin has invited four of his colleagues, all of whom worked together at the French Laundry, to collaborate on an intimate five-course dinner: Rodney Wages (Morimoto Napa, Saison, and Atelier Crenn), Jonathan Mizukami (El Bulli, Alan Wong’s, Per Se, Alinea, The Fat Duck), Joel Stocks (Graham Elliot Restaurant), and Courtney Schmidig (Benu, The Fat Dcuk, Le Manoir, Le Meurice, Arzak). The weekend also includes plenty of other engaging activities such as wine tastings, educational walk-and-talks, and more.
