Our wine list presents guests with wines by the glass and a variety of tasting flights to choose from. The breadth of choices from our own region is vast. Vertical flights offer the opportunity to compare wines in categories: Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Oregon Pinot Noir, Northwest Pinot Noir, or A Trip Around the World.
Thanks to the environmental commitment of many local winemakers, our list boasts many eco-friendly, organic, biodynamic and sustainably produced wines. They pair perfectly with JORY’s own environmental commitment to supporting local agriculture by sourcing ingredients from local farms as well as growing most of our own produce within our 1½ acre Chef’s Garden.
Austin Knoll Pinot Noir exemplifies the best characteristics of this blessed wine region: lush cherry and red berry notes are balanced with a subtle minerality and good acidity for a classic Willamette Valley Pinot Noir.
We are excited to announce another addition, our Pinot Gris. Dry with flavors of perfumed pear and apple, this white wine pairs extraordinarily well with citrus-spiked seafood, mild Asian dishes and pastas laced with pesto or similar herbal sauce.
Due to limited production, our signature wines will be exclusively poured at JORY.
