Q: How Much Do You Charge For Your Resort Fee?

A: The Allison DOES NOT charge a Resort Fee.

Q: What Time Is Check-In/Check-Out?

A: Guests may check-in at 4:00 p.m. Departure time is 11:00 a.m.

Q: Are Gift Cards Available?

A: Yes. Gift Cards are available for overnight accommodations as well as JORY dining reservations and spa services.

Please visit our gift card page or phone the resort at (503) 554-2525 and our front desk staff will be happy to assist you.

Q: Is Transportation And Parking Available?

A: Yes, we do offer complimentary valet and self-parking for lodging, dining, and spa guests.
Please contact Guest Services in advance of your arrival for recommendations of local third-party transportation options to/from the airport and neighboring wineries/towns.

Q: What Is Your Reservation Policy?

A: Restaurant reservations/Spa appointments suggested at time of accommodation reservation.

Q: What is Your Deposit Policy?

A: Room reservations require a first night’s deposit by credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.

Q: What is Your Cancellation Policy?

A: 7 days.

Peak periods, holidays, and special event packages may carry certain restrictions, and require minimum night stays.

Q: Do You Offer Facilities For Guests With Disabilities?

A: Yes, we have ADA rooms available for the convenience and safety of our guests.

Q: What Is Your Dog Policy?

A: The Allison welcomes only certified service animals.

Q: Is The Allison Family Friendly?

A: Indeed we are. Children 12 years of age and under are complimentary in their accompanying adult’s room. Cribs and high chairs are also complimentary.

In particular, our variety of suites are ideal for family and friends who wish to socialize, yet have the privacy of separate bedrooms.

A children’s menu is available in JORY and through In-Room Dining.

Q: Do You Offer Group Rates?

A: Yes. Information on group rates for corporate, association, and incentive meetings are available through our Sales Department with advance reservations.
Special rates for weddings and social catering may also be booked with our Catering Department.
