At our signature restaurant JORY, the creative menus will accentuate the native flavors of the Willamette Valley with a strong influence on seasonality and bountiful local agriculture, and an affinity for wine pairings.

Embracing thoughtful service while also being well educated, our highly trained service staff will graciously offer to customize your wine pairing to complement the cuisine ordered. In-Room Dining menus, private dining and catered affair are created under the careful focus of our culinary team.

Wine Cellar Selection – A Wine Spectator award-winning wine list – an expansive collection of local and international wines puts primary focus on local vintners, featuring a good selection of half bottles and wines from boutique and undiscovered nearby Oregon wineries.

A comprehensive selection of featured local wineries also includes a balance of  representation from neighboring states, California and Washington, as well as other wine regions from around the globe: France, Germany, Italy, Australia, Hungary, New Zealand, South Africa, Austria, Spain and Lebanon.

The JORY wine list features more than 800 labels and offers extensive wines by the glass.  A creative sampling of wine flights are also quite popular.  There is no question that our numerous selections will please even the most seasoned palate.

Additionally, our Celebrity Wine Tender Tastings on most Thursday evenings are an informative opportunity to personally meet the winery owner or winemaker as you sample their complimentary wines.
