JORY's Cuisine & Wine Program

The Allison celebrates the agricultural bounty of the Valley through our extensive culinary program; JORY Restaurant & Bar, Chef's Table, Private Dining Rooms, Open Kitchen, In-Room Dining, Celebrity Wine-Tender Wine Tastings most Thursday evenings, l 1/2 acre Chef's Garden and  Austin Knoll wines from our vineyard.

Utilizing the best of the local bounty is key, but it is our culinary team's expertise in the kitchen that ensures every meal is exquisite to the look and delectable to the taste. With a pedigree including stints at Ferran Adria's El Bulli in Spain and Thomas Keller's French Laundry in the Napa Valley, Chef Sunny Jin brings a world of culinary experience to the local restaurant scene. Utilizing both traditional and avant-garde techniques, Chef Sunny and his team elevate simple ingredients to unimaginable heights of flavor and enjoyment.

Carefully orchestrated to provide numerous dining options, JORY's meals can be enjoyed to take advantage of our sophisticated venues, depending on the time of day and your personal dining preferences.

If casual dining with a front row seat is more to your liking, our Open Kitchen has the perfect counter seating to watch the action as cooks prepare their orders. They engage in conversation and may even prepare a little taste. Many guests enjoy JORY Bar for informal dining off a small plates menu along with designer cocktails and a 40 wines by the glass.  Food and beverage service also occurs in thein front of the fireplace or out on the adjacent terrace in warmer months with country views and the warmth of a fire pit.

JORY seats 100 persons indoors and expands to 36 terrace seats in summer months. Seating is a combination of well spaced tables and booths.  Reservations are highly recommended.

For special occasions, the Chef's Table for 2 -10 persons boasts a customized menu created by Executive Chef Sunny Jin, coupled by a wine pairing selected by our Sommelier. Guests enjoy a five course seasonal menu of fresh vegetables from our l l/2 acre Chef's Garden.  Many local purveyors have been hand selected by our team .Dining is around a hand crafted table with stunning chandelier.  A glass wall separates diners from the kitchen while you enjoy privacy, original artwork and a wine wall cabinet.  Advance reservations required. $1,200 minimum for luncheon or dinner.  This venue is perfect for foodies and to celebrate special occasions.

Our goal has always been to provide guests and neighbors with the best culinary experience in Oregon wine country.  With numerous awards, accolades and many repeat guests, we believe we have accomplished this.
