What are check-in/check-out times?

Guests may check in at 4 p.m. 
Departure time is 12 Noon. 

   
Are gift certificates available?

Yes. Gift Certificates are available for overnight accommodations as well as JORY dining reservations and spa services. Please phone the resort at 503.554.2525 and our front desk staff will be happy to assist you.

Is transportation and parking available?
Yes, transportation to/from airport and neighboring wineries/towns is available. Please contact Guest Services in advance of your arrival.

Both valet and complimentary self-parking is available for lodging, dining and spa guests.

What is your Reservation, Deposit & Cancellation policy?

Restaurant reservations/Spa appointments suggested at time of accommodation reservation.
Deposit: Room reservations require a first night’s deposit by credit card. 
All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation policy: 72 hours

Peak periods, holidays, special event packages may carry certain restrictions, and require minimum night stays.

Are Packages Available?
Yes, for accommodations, JORY and The Allison Spa.  Visit the Packages section on our website for seasonal and holiday offerings.

Do you offer facilities for guests with disabilities?
Yes, we have ADA rooms available for the convenience and safety of our guests.

What is your dog Policy?
The Allison is a dog  friendly property so your best friend is welcome for a fee of $50 per stay per pet. (Designated Terrace level rooms only).  We have a creative dog program which will keep them happy.

Is the Allison Family Friendly?

Indeed we are. Children 12 years of age and under are complimentary in their accompanying adult’s room. Cribs and high chairs are also complimentary. In particular, our variety of suites are ideal for family and friends who wish to socialize, yet have the privacy of separate bedrooms.

Childrens menu available in JORY and through In-Room Dining.

Do you offer group rates?

Yes. Information on group rates for corporate, association, incentive meetings are available through our Sales Department with advance reservations. Special rates for weddings and social catering may also be booked with our Catering Department.
